• For Kshar Sutra Therapy Practitioners: Listing of Practitioners and their profiles and contact details, to be made available to the other Users and visitors to the Website;
• For other Users: Facility to (i) create and maintain ‘Health Accounts’, (ii) search for Practitioners by name, speciality and geographical area, or any other criteria that may be developed and made available by Kshar Sutra Therapy, and (iii) to make appointments with Practitioners. (iv) to take online consultations (v) to take Health Consultation Packages. (vi) Certain downloadable pdf ebooks (free and/or paid).

ONLINE CONSULTATION

• Online consultation means that the patient may consult the doctor without a physical visit to the clinic.
• This requires discussing the problem with the doctor through phone call or whatsapp and sharing the medical reports through email or whatsapp.
• Appropriate advice would be provided as per your history and reports. You may be advised for a physical visit to the clinic or a nearby doctor if the condition cannot be diagnosed or managed properly through online consultation.
• You may be issued an online prescription to take a few medications or you may also be advised to have a customised ayurvedic treatment specially prepared as per your individual requirement.
• In case any prescription is being provided to User by the Practitioner, the same is being provided based on online consultation, however it may vary when examined in person, hence in no event shall the prescription provided by Practitioners be relied as a final and conclusive solution.
• The Users agree to use the advice from Practitioner on the website pursuant to:
  • an ongoing treatment with their medical practitioner
  • a condition which does not require emergency treatment, physical examination or medical attention
  • medical history available as records with them for reference
  • a record of physical examination and report thereof with them, generated through their local medical practitioner
  • consultation with their medical practitioner before abandoning or modifying their ongoing treatment.
• The User agrees that by using Online Consultation, the Practitioners will not be conducting physical examination of the Users, hence they may not have or be able to derive important information that is usually obtained through a physical examination. User acknowledges and agrees that the User is aware of this limitation and agrees to assume the complete risk of this limitation.
• You may be advised to visit an appropriate centre for Kshar Sutra Therapy.
• Online consultations are to be used only for general purposes and second opinions.
• Website or consulting doctor is not liable in any form if any unexpected event occurs before, during or after the consultation.
• A physical visit to the consulting doctor or any nearby doctor or hospital is advised in case of any emergency or if expected response is not happening after the consultation.
• Any conversations that the Users have had with the Practitioner will be retained in website database as per the applicable laws and subject to confidentiality.
• User understands and agrees to provide accurate information and will not use this platform for any acts that are illegal in nature.
• Online Consultation is intended for general purposes only and is not meant to be used in emergencies/serious illnesses requiring physical consultation. Further, if the Practitioner advice that a physical examination would be required and advises ‘in-person consultation’, it is the sole responsibility of the User, to book an appointment for physical examination and in-person consultation whether the same is with the Practitioner listed on the Website or otherwise. In case of any negligence on the part of the User in acting on the same and the condition of the User deteriorates, the website shall not be held liable.
• This website is not a medical service provider, nor is it involved in providing any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis, it shall hence not be responsible and owns no liability to either Users or Practitioners for any outcome from the consultation between the User and the Practitioner.

HEALTH CONSULTATION PACKAGE

• “Health Consultation Package” means a combination of Consultation fees and treatment package including medicines and/or written instructions.
• Treatment package may be delivered through postage at the listed pin codes in india. It may include any patent medicine or “Customized Ayurvedic Treatment Package”.
• If the package includes pdf or any other written instructions it will be delivered through email only.
• The payment for the consultation package may be made on the web site through various online payment methods or any other appropriate method after discussion with the doctor.
• Health Consultation Packages are to be used only for general purposes.
• We do not claim cure for any illness.
• Website or consulting doctor is not liable in any form if any unexpected event occurs before, during or after the consultation.
• A physical visit to the consulting doctor or any nearby doctor or hospital is advised in case of any emergency or if expected response is not happening after the consultation.

CUSTOMIZED AYURVEDIC TREATMENT PACKAGE

• Different individuals, even though suffering from same or similar illness, may require different herbal combinations to give desirable relief. One medicine or one formulation (as in patent medicines) usually do not work well on all patients. This creates the necessity to customize the treatment plan as per the individual.
• “Customized Ayurvedic Treatment” means a combination of various patent and non-patent polyherbal formulation specially prepared for any individual keeping in mind the individual’s condition, symptoms, age, medical history, diet habits and many other factors. It may be provided in the form of open powders, liquid, decoction, cream etc. It usually is a combination prepared based on ayurvedic literature and physician’s experience and is NOT patent.
• It is usually not labelled with any registered name, company, manufacturer details, date of manufacturing, date of expiry, price tag or any other detail.
• By opting for this, you agree to receive any medicine without a registered label.

• If we determine that you have provided fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information, about your medical practice, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your access to the Website or any of your accounts with this website and your listing on this website and make such declaration on the website alongside your name/your clinic’s name as determined by us for the protection of the interests of Users, ayurveda pathy and this website. You shall be liable to indemnify Kshar Sutra Therapy for any losses incurred because of your misrepresentations or fraudulent feedback that has adversely affected the website or its Users.

TERMS FOR USERS OUTSIDE INDIA

• All the terms and conditions mentioned on this page are applicable to all the users from outside India also.
• You agree that there are certain limitations in receiving and processing payments from payment gateways through international users that necessitates the usage of other modes of payment like Western Union or Money Gram Money transfer companies. In case you are making payment through any of these transfer companies or through your contact (friend or relative) in India, it is your sole responsibility to check his credentials and all the risks lies on you.
• We do not provide any travel packages or hotel accommodation to any international or national user. If you plan to visit India for any treatment you must make arrangement on your own.
• There may be a delay or denial of delivery of medicines or any other product to your country as per the law. We are not responsible if such incident occurs.
• Any claim for refund or cancellation or any other grievance may take 30 days or more to get settled after proper investigation of the matter.
• All the jurisdiction matter has to be take place at Delhi, in India.
